Manufacturing of prefabricated and insulated Containers
Box e Box
is a company of the So.ge.tra group specialized in manufacturing insulated and
prefabricated containers. We produce
containers having laminated metal walls with polyurethane filling, flooring,
windows and doors.
The frame
is made of metal bars and/or HE iron "I" beams. Their shape, length and
thickness are included in a detailed technical report.
Walls
in prefabricated containers are sandwich-type
walls made of galvanized and pre-painted sheet iron that contains an expanded
polyurethane layer having a density of 40 kg/mc, a "k" coefficient of 0,36 kcal/sq
m. External and internal wall thickness is 50 mm and 40 mm respectively. False
ceiling panels are also 40 mm-thick sandwich-type elements made of galvanized
and pre-painted metal sheets that contain an expanded polyurethane layer having
a density of 40 kg/mc, a k coefficient of 0,36 kcal/sq m.
